Warm, inviting colors for a perfect fall home
Hello, everyone – I’m back!
I hope you’re enjoying this beautiful fall weather in New York!
This time of the year always inspires me to bring warmth and color into my home – and I wanted to share some of my favorite seasonal tips with you.
Recently, I had the pleasure of working with a couple in their charming Brooklyn apartment. They love the character of their space but feel it lacks warmth as the days are getting shorter. During our consultation, I encouraged them to embrace warm colors with earthy tones. These colors not only reflect the beauty of the season but also create a cozy atmosphere that can last the whole year long.
I’m sharing here the suggested colors for you to check out as they have been chosen by Sherwin-Williams to be Color Capsule of the Year 2025.
We also discussed incorporating seasonal flowers as an option to brighten their home. For a pop of color, I suggested adding vibrant orange marigolds and golden yellow chrysanthemums, which not only look stunning but are also readily available this time of year.
To help you get started, I’ve created a free guide featuring my top seasonal flower picks and tips for incorporating them into your home decor.

I hope these tips inspire you to create a warm, inviting space in your home this season! Whether it’s through rich fall colors or fresh flowers, even small changes can make a big difference.
